Who we are 

Our mission is to develop lifelong champions who embody winning attitudes, behavior, and character. Our martial arts style is grounded in reality-based self-defense, using a variety of techniques including punches, blocks, kicks, elbows, knees, Daito-Ryu Aiki jujutsu style throws, Jiu-Jitsu techniques, and weapons. Our approach draws from the extensive martial arts experience of Kyoshi Dennis and Renshi DeeDee, incorporating techniques from multiple styles.
